These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Nolum Inc. (Delaware, USA), referred to as "Nolum" or "the Nolum Team". Using the application means you fully accept these Terms.

Nolum is a self-reflection and personal growth tool. It is NOT a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and it does not replace professional care of any kind.

  1. Nature of the Service

    Nolum offers interactive content, including reflections, characteristics, and suggested real-world tasks ("quests"), intended to support self-reflection and personal growth. You decide for yourself how to interpret this content and whether to act on it. You are always the one in control of your own choices and actions.

  2. AI-Generated Content

    All content in Nolum is generated by artificial intelligence (using Google AI technologies) in real time. The Nolum Team does not author this content, does not control its generation, and SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for its accuracy, ethics, or appropriateness. You acknowledge that AI may produce content that is inaccurate, unpredictable, incomplete, or unsuitable. You agree to evaluate all content critically and to use your own judgment before acting on anything the AI generates.

  3. Your Responsibility for Your Actions

    Any suggested task is only a suggestion. Before acting on any task or content, you must assess whether it is safe, legal, reasonable, and appropriate for your situation. You act entirely at your own risk and take full responsibility for any of your decisions and actions in real life. The Nolum Team SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any harm (physical, emotional, or material) arising from your use of the application or your interpretation of any content or task. Never act on anything that could harm you or others.

  4. Not Professional Advice

    Nolum content does not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, or legal). If you are experiencing a mental health condition, a crisis, or need support in real life, you must seek help from a qualified professional immediately. The Nolum Team is not responsible for how you interpret or apply the content.

    You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of making your own decisions. Nolum is not intended for minors.
