The free tier is not a demo with the useful part cut out. You get one full card of mind on a real situation you describe, and a quest to go with it.
That is the entire cycle the product is built around. If it does not land for you there, paying will not change that, and we would rather you found out in ten minutes than after a charge.
What the paid plans add
No limits on cards and quests. Something happened, you described it, you got a card. That is the difference: the free tier shows the mechanism once, a plan lets you use it as often as life gives you reasons to.
A full deck is 72 cards. Every ten cards you work through usually show up as a different reaction to the same old situation.
Payments without the fine print
Payments go through Stripe. Full card details are not stored on our servers.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling is one click in the app. After cancelling, access stays until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew and gives access for as long as the service operates.
Unless the law of your country says otherwise, payments are not refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, write to support@nolum.io and we review every case individually.

How do I cancel?
One click in the app. Access stays until the end of the paid period, nothing is charged after that.
Is Lifetime really a one-time payment?
Yes. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. No renewals and no further charges.
Can the price change?
We may change prices and the composition of plans. If the price of an active subscription changes, we will let you know in advance by email or in the app, and the new price applies from the next period.
What currency is charged?
US dollars. Depending on your country, local taxes may be added at checkout.
